Fewer no-shows
No-show fee
If a customer doesn't show up, or cancels too late, you keep the deposit or automatically charge a fee (a fixed amount or a percentage of the price). You set the amount and the cancellation window, customers see the terms before booking, and it all runs automatically via your own Stripe account.
SMS reminders the day before
Customers with a phone number automatically get an SMS the day before. 300 included per month in Denmark, fewer across the rest of Europe, in the US and the rest of the world email reminders are used instead. Buy more if needed, toggle on/off and pick your own sender name.
Email confirmations & reminders
Customers get a clean, branded email confirmation instantly, and you're notified of every booking.
Deposits & prepayment
Take a deposit (fixed or percentage) or full payment at booking via Stripe. The money goes straight to you.
Waitlist
When a day is full, customers can join a waitlist and get notified automatically when a slot opens up.
Less admin
Customers book themselves
No more back-and-forth. Customers book in under a minute, no account or app needed.
Automatic rebooking
If a customer hasn't booked again after a while, Mokio automatically emails them a friendly reminder with a booking link, so lapsed customers come back on their own. You set the interval, and each customer is nudged only once.
Self-service reschedule & cancel
Customers move or cancel via a link. You control each independently, or turn them off.
Manual booking + override
Add a booking yourself, and override opening hours to squeeze in an extra time, e.g. for someone on the waitlist.
Dashboard with full overview
See all bookings in a list or calendar, mark them complete, and manage everything from one place.
Customize your own dashboard
Drag widgets around, set them to half or full width, and hide the ones you don't use, like stats, today's schedule, SMS usage, cancellation rate, occupancy and revenue. Your layout is remembered.
Multiple staff
Create each staff member with their own services and schedule. Customers pick a specific person or 'first available', and several staff can each take a booking at the same time. Filter bookings by staff in the dashboard.

Weekly opening hours
Set hours for each weekday. Only free times are shown to the customer.
Breaks & blocked times
Daily break, or block specific time windows, on a specific date or recurring weekly.
Special days & holidays

You control data retention
